At Encore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges subject to the following terms:
1. Returns
- If you wish to return your luggage for a refund, you must do so within 30 days of receiving your order. The luggage must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at. encoreluggage.info@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning your luggage. Please include the return authorization number with your return shipment.
- Once we receive your returned luggage, we will inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping charges. Refunds may take up to 60 days to process.
2. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange your luggage for a different size, color, or style, you must do so within 30 days of receiving your order. The luggage must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the shipping cost for the exchanged luggage.
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at encoreluggage.info@gmail.com. We will provide you with an exchange authorization number and instructions for returning your luggage. Please include the exchange authorization number with your return shipment.
- Once we receive your returned luggage, we will process the exchange and ship the new luggage to you. The shipping time for the exchanged luggage will depend on your location.
3. Exceptions
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized or custom-made luggage, unless the luggage is defective or we made an error with your order.
If you receive a defective or damaged luggage, please contact our customer service team at encoreluggage.info@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. - We will provide you with instructions for returning the luggage and a replacement will be shipped to you at no cost.
